Started playing a co-op campaign on the enhanced edition. Now even though the enhanced edition boasts of a new Tactician Mode that's been designed to destroy those who cheesed their way through the first time and meant only for those who've already mastered the game, our group found that it was not at all unfriendly to first-time players. We were glad that we went ahead with it, as we haven't come across any fights that have required us to reload more than a handful of times.
What's interesting is that in the downtime between co-op sessions, I find myself really wanting to play another tactical RPG. But the thought of having to control a full party, rather than a single character, immediately turns my stomach. It's a peculiar frustration.
